Job Description:

Safety First is looking to hire a Female Receptionist / Customer Service Executive to join our team at the Al Ain branch. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-presented, and able to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to work in Al Ain
