We are looking for a friendly and organized Arabic Speaking FEMALE Receptionist to join our beauty salon team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves managing bookings, handling payments, and supporting the salon team with day - to - day operations. Must know both Arabic and English​.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
  • Oversee and manage the salon's social media accounts
  • Schedule and manage client appointments using the salon's booking system
  • Confirm and remind clients of their appointments
  • Handle client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Process client payments (cash, card, online) and issue receipts
  • Promote salon services, packages, and products
  • Keep client records up-to-date
  • Coordinate with beauty staff to ensure smooth workflow and avoid double bookings
  • Address client complaints or concerns calmly and refer to management when needed
  • Assist with inventory checks and product displays, as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
