Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and leveraging sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include managing the sales cycle, driving revenue growth, conducting client meetings, delivering engaging sales presentations, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals effectively. The role may also involve training and mentoring team members to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
Experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Ability to deliver Training and mentorship to team members to build a high-performing sales team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and goal-oriented mindset.
