Job Description:

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, driven, and results-oriented, with a strong passion for property leasing and sales. Training and leads will be provided, but the candidate must be proactive in generating their own business opportunities and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, contact property owners, and identify potential clients for leasing or sales.
  • Conduct property viewings and present available spaces to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and businesses.
  • Assist clients throughout the leasing/sales process, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate, leasing, or sales (UAE real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
