We are supporting a long-established international trading and liquidity platform with a strong institutional heritage, which has recently expanded its presence to Dubai as part of its international growth strategy. The firm works exclusively with professional and institutional counterparties, delivering tailored execution, liquidity and trading solutions across multiple asset classes. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a Head of Institutional Sales to lead and scale institutional relationships across the GCC, Asia and Europe, with the UAE as a key regional hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the institutional sales strategy across the GCC, Asia and European markets
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, family offices and professional trading entities
  • Serve as the senior commercial point of contact, delivering bespoke execution and liquidity solutions
  • Drive new institutional client acquisition while deepening existing relationships
  • Partner closely with trading, product, risk and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Provide market insight and client feedback to support ongoing platform and product development
  • Represent the firm at regional and international institutional events

Requirements:

  • Proven background in institutional sales only (no retail exposure), within electronic trading, liquidity provision, prime services or multi-asset trading platforms
  • Equities experience is a strong advantage, particularly cash equities, equity derivatives or equity execution solutions
  • Demonstrated experience covering institutional clients across the GCC, Asia and Europe
  • Deep understanding of institutional market structure, execution workflows and client requirements
  • Established institutional client network and strong commercial track record
