  • Prepare detailed interior fit-out drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and details in line with project requirements
  • Develop shop drawings for interior finishes, joinery, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
  • Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into drawings
  • Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and project specifications
  • Revise and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and consultant inputs
  • Assist in reviewing contractor and supplier shop drawings for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
  • Support site teams with clarifications and as-built drawings when required
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Drafting
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Interior Draftsman in the UAE
  • Prior experience working with a real estate developer or large-scale projects is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit is an advantage
  • Good understanding of interior construction details, materials, and finishes
  • Familiarity with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
