Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in Fit Out & interiors to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate design and technical drawings and layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.

You will work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to convert design concepts into precise working drawings and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working plans for Interior Fit out projects.
  • Translate design concepts, sketches, and client requirements into accurate AutoCAD drawings. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, RCP plans, MEP and joinery details. Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility. Update and revise drawings as per design changes and site requirements.
  • Maintain organized drawing files, layer management, and version control.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with design standards, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs when required.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors for detailed shop drawings and approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Exposure to residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
Experience in preparing as-built drawings and site coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience as a draftsman in an interior design or architectural firm.
  • (UAE Experience is a MUST)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office (3ds Max is an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and joinery.
  • Excellent understanding of scale, dimensions, and technical standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.
