We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Clerk to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment and providing general support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of the office, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize pantries and common areas, keep ready all pantry supplies, coffee machine supplies, groceries, etc. daily.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assist in basic pantry management, including inventory of supplies (water, coffee, tea, etc.).
- Report any maintenance issues or shortages of supplies to the reporting manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager or designated authority.
Requirements & Skills:
- Good communication skills, English is required.
- Previous experience as an office helper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Punctual, honest, hardworking and well-groomed.
- Must be available in the UAE and eligible for immediate hiring.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Office Assistant/Cleaner: 2 years (Required)
