- Check the lights and switch on those that were turned off yesterday
- Prepare the tea setup
- Check cleaning supplies, refill liquid soap, lotion, and other essentials; replenish tissue items as needed
- Check the printer, load paper into each tray, and inform the receptionist of any notifications such as errors or low ink
- Check the used tea set in the Manager's Office (cabinet 5), prepare a new one, and store it in the same cabinet
- Check pantry items, notify the receptionist when items need reordering :
- Check diffuser machines and replace air freshener bottles when necessary
- Wash and dry plates promptly and return them to their proper place
- Before leaving, turn off the lights in both washrooms, janitor room, garbage room, and stationery room
