Senior Lead Communications (Internal Marketing communications)
one of our clients based in UAE. As a senior lead, you will be supporting client's leadership team in developing, driving, and delivering effective governance, robust risk management across various functions alongside seamless execution of Strategic Programs and Key initiatives.

Job Title: Senior Lead Communications (Internal Marketing communications)

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: 12 months extendable contract

Salary: Open for discussion

MUST HAVE:

10+ exp in internal marketing communications in LARGE FIRM

5+ exp in change management communications in LARGE FIRM

5+ exp in workplace transformation.

5+ exp in event planning.

Role:

  • Develop and execute communications plans that align with Group Chief Operating Officer's vision and strategic/organizational priorities.
  • Create campaigns and initiatives that foster excitement, inclusivity, and enthusiasm for all strategic projects, ensuring employees feel part of the journey and understand the benefits of the change.
  • Create internal content including newsletters, emails, presentations, videos and updates on the client's intranet. Ensure materials are visually engaging and written in a tone that resonates with employees.
  • Design and draft impactful content for all types of events led by Group COO, such as Leadership Offsite and Townhalls.
  • Design and draft tactical content to support Group COO initiatives and changes such as workplace transformation and relocations.
  • Support the creation of surveys to measure colleague engagement and satisfaction with Group COO related activities and initiatives including workplace transformation
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, including Leadership Offsites and Townhalls, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Lead the organization of launch events to celebrate milestones and showcase progress
  • Liaise with Senior Leaders and relevant Teams to gather input and align messaging across departments.
  • Coordinate with Group Marketing to align messaging and external communications opportunities.
  • Manage all communications platforms and ensure timely delivery of updates and announcements.
  • Develop intranet / microsites to support specific transformation initiatives.
  • Establish feedback channels, such as surveys and focus groups, to gauge employee sentiment throughout the projects. Use insights to adjust communication plans as needed.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives through engagement metrics, employee feedback, and other KPIs. Provide regular reports to senior leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations.
  • Master's Degree is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in internal communications or marketing communications, preferably in large corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in change management communications.
  • Workplace Transformation Experience - Ideally, candidates should have direct experience managing communications for workplace transformation/relocations. with understanding the complexities of workspace changes and their impact on employees is essential.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is highly preferred.
