As Sales Support Specialist, you will be backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional customer (distributor) experiences. Reporting to Distributor Support Lead, you will work closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer (distributor) satisfaction. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in sales operations, gain exposure to market strategy, and contribute to success of global leader in vertical transportation solutions.
On a typical day you will:
- Process customer orders promptly to support sales conversion.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Communicate with internal team to confirm order details, follow up on inquiries, and provide timely responses.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and product specifications to support sales strategies.
- Create and organize sales reports, presentations, and documentation for internal meetings and client proposals.
- Collaborate with logistics, technical, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Preferred: Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry or technical product sales.
