Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Logistics Coordinator located in Dubai. The Logistics Coordinator will manage the daily operations of supply chain activities, including inventory management, shipping coordination, and optimization of delivery routes. The role also involves communication with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure efficient workflows and resolution of logistical issues. The Logistics Coordinator is tasked with managing orders, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the logistics process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess supply chain processes and resolve logistical challenges effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact seamlessly with clients, suppliers, and the internal team
  • Expertise in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to optimize operations and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools for tracking, planning, and reporting is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus
