Job Summary:

The Marketing Head/Director will lead the marketing strategy and execution for the company's real estate projects. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, branding, and digital marketing skills to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee brand management, positioning, and communications across all channels.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and design teams to drive project launches and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets and measure ROI on all marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with exposure to large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED30, AED35,000.00 per month
