One of the fastest‑growing luxury hospitality brands is expanding globally at a rate of 8 to 10 properties per year.
Overview:
The Head of Global Marketing will serve as the senior executive responsible for defining and executing the worldwide marketing vision for our hospitality portfolio. This leader will oversee a global team of approximately 200 professionals, ensuring brand consistency, market relevance, and measurable impact across diverse regions. The role is central to positioning the company as a premier provider of exceptional guest experiences and driving sustainable growth through strategic communications, integrated campaigns, and innovative digital engagement.
Responsibilities:
The Head of Global Marketing will design and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives. This includes defining brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all regions, and leading the execution of multi‑channel campaigns that resonate with leisure and business travelers worldwide. The role will direct thought leadership initiatives, partnerships, and sponsorships that enhance visibility and credibility in the hospitality sector.
Collaboration with regional leadership, operations, sales, and customer experience teams will be essential to ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with business priorities. The individual will be accountable for managing and mentoring a global team of 200, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and measurable performance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of Twenty years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within hospitality, travel, or consumer lifestyle industries.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, geographically dispersed teams and delivering results at scale.
• Strong expertise in global brand building, executive communications, and integrated campaign execution.
• MBA required; advanced degree preferred.
• Exceptional management, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly competitive environment and to influence senior stakeholders.
