Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Real Estate Brokerage to set up and lead a new brokerage business from the ground up. This role will oversee operations, sales, team building, developer relations, and marketing performance. The ideal candidate will build systems, drive sales performance, and grow a high-performing brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the brokerage operations, including SOPs, CRM, sales processes, and reporting systems.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of real estate brokers across off-plan and secondary sales.
  • Register and maintain strong partnerships with leading property developers.
  • Secure access to priority inventory and exclusive sales opportunities.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for off-plan and resale portfolios.
  • Oversee company-funded digital marketing campaigns and ensure high lead conversion rates.
  • Monitor team performance and provide weekly reports to leadership on sales and operations.
  • Develop a sales culture focused on results, accountability, and customer service excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market.
  • Proven success in off-plan and secondary market transactions (residential and commercial).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken).
  • Valid UAE driving license (car allowance provided).
  • Experience in setting up brokerage operations from zero.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a commission-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Open to male and female candidates, preference for female candidates.
