Bericht Audit & Advisory is a reputed audit and consulting firm delivering high-quality assurance, accounting, and advisory services across diverse industries in the UAE. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Audit Manager to lead audit engagements and ensure the highest standards of professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
- Reviewing audit working papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Identifying internal control weaknesses and suggesting effective corrective actions.
- Managing client communications and ensuring timely completion of engagements.
- Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior audit staff.
- Ensuring adherence to firm policies, deadlines, and quality control standards.
- Assisting in business development and supporting client relationship management.
Requirements:
- CA / CA Intermediate
- 3–4 years of experience in an audit or accounting firm (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and UAE VAT framework.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/audit software.
- Must be available for an office-based role in the UAE.
