Role Overview:

The QC – Sales team member will monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure that the team is following company standards, maintaining professionalism, and handling leads correctly. The goal of this role is to improve call quality, customer experience, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and review daily sales calls (inbound & outbound).
  • Check script accuracy, tone, communication clarity, and compliance.
  • Identify mistakes, missed opportunities, and gaps in process.
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly QC summaries.
  • Maintain records of call evaluations.
  • Share feedback with team leaders to support performance improvement.
  • Report repeated issues or concerns to management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all recordings and evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales, call monitoring, or QC is an advantage.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written communication for reporting.
  • Ability to work independently while remote.
  • Stable internet and quiet work environment.
