Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Automotive Technician with hands-on experience in German and American brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Dodge, Ford, GMC, and Chevrolet. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and be confident in performing complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on German & American vehicles.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, engine overhauls, and mechanical repairs.
  • Use diagnostic tools (Launch, Autel, or OEM software) for accurate fault detection.
  • Supervise and guide junior technicians when required.
  • Ensure repair quality, safety, and efficiency according to brand standards.
  • Communicate repair updates clearly to the Service Advisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workshop environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in repairing German & American cars.
  • Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with advanced diagnostic and calibration tools.
  • Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with EV or hybrid systems (added advantage).
  • Knowledge of air suspension, ECU programming, and advanced electronics.
  • Ability to test drive and identify performance issues accurately.
