Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Technician specializing in diesel generators. The primary responsibilities include performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel generators to ensure they operate efficiently. The technician will also diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide exceptional customer support, and maintain service records. Collaboration with the team to uphold high service standards and compliance with safety protocols will also be critical.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years' hands-on experience in diesel power systems (Operation & Maintenance)
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical fundamentals and demonstrated ability to terminate, operate, synchronize and maintain diesel generators
  • Ability to identify and diagnose electrical faults & communication errors in power systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of controllers (Deepsea/ Woodward/ ComAp / Dief etc.,)
  • Highly skilled & Independent technical member of the team, willing to train & coach junior technicians
  • Graduate / Diploma in technical education (Attested certification)
  • Valid driving license
