Commercial Officer – ORYX Aviation Services (UAE – Abu Dhabi)

ORYX Aviation Services is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and driven
Commercial Officer
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is a key contributor to our growing aviation portfolio across the UAE, KSA, and global markets. If you're motivated by delivering results, improving processes, and building strong commercial relationships, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Commercial Officer, you will support the end-to-end commercial life cycle, from pricing and proposals to contract management, financial analysis, and service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and strategic partners to help drive performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth in the aviation services sector.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and support commercial proposals, bids, pricing models, and contract documents.
  • Monitor commercial performance, including margin and financial tracking, and provide data-driven reports and insights.
  • Manage vendor registrations, prequalification, and company profiles on procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with clients and partners, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective relationship management.
  • Support business development activities, including opportunity tracking, capability statements, and client proposals.
  • Ensure documentation and activities align with regulatory, legal, and ISO requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to commercial workflows, tools, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in commercial, contracting, or business operations roles
  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and commercial documentation
  • Experience within aviation, oil & gas, or ADNOC offshore services is an advantage
