Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Tele Sales professional, based in Dubai. The individual will be responsible for engaging potential clients via phone, promoting real estate listings, identifying customer needs, and closing sales. The role entails managing client relationships, understanding real property market dynamics, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate principles
  • Experience in Sales and Real Estate-driven customer engagement
  • Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Real Property market trends and practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
