Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Female Real Estate Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in real estate tele sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
  • Promote and present property listings, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and CRM follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings with sales agents and clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and follow-up notes.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property laws, and RERA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate tele sales in Dubai.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Dubai property market, developers, and communities.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
