Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah for an HR Assistant Recruiter. The HR Assistant Recruiter will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. They will also provide administrative support for the HR team, update records, and assist with onboarding new employees. Building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Knowledge of recruitment and human resources processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining record systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Salary Range 2.5k to 3.5k
