Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to create technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by engineers, architects, or project managers. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of design and construction principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
  • Convert rough sketches and specifications into accurate technical drawings.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback or changes in project requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure designs meet requirements.
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards.
  • Maintain drawing files and document control procedures.
  • Conduct field/site visits when necessary for measurement or clarification.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
  • Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of engineering or architectural principles.
  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry-specific area, e.g., MEP, civil, architectural, structural].
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling software.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and standards.

Pay: AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
