Role Overview

As the Sr. Marketing Executive Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in driving Lulu's online growth by executing high-performance digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, and ASO. You will manage day-to-day campaign operations, optimize performance to achieve ROAS and CPA targets, and ensure seamless alignment between digital initiatives and in-store promotions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use data-driven insights to enhance traffic, conversions, and overall ecommerce performance while efficiently managing budgets and continuously improving creative and landing page effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and manage high-performance paid digital campaigns across key channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Performance Optimization (ROAS/CPA): Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and implement optimizations to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • SEO/ASO: Work with internal teams to drive organic growth by optimizing the website/e-commerce platform (SEO) and the mobile app store listings (ASO).
  • Omnichannel Integration: Ensure digital campaigns are strategically aligned with in-store promotions and overall brand messaging to drive traffic and conversion across both online and physical channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across channels and campaigns to achieve maximum reach and impact.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale, performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution models.
  • Certifications: Google Ads/Analytics certifications are highly desirable.
  • Data Skills: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable digital strategies.
  • Creative Acumen: Experience in A/B testing ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for optimal performance.
