We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Process Consultant to join our client's team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead end-to-end process assessments, design optimized workflows, and implement structured solutions that enhance operational efficiency across various business functions. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to align processes with strategic objectives, ERP capabilities, and industry best practices, ensuring measurable improvement in performance and governance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive "As-Is" process assessments across Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR functions.

Map end-to-end workflows and cross-functional interactions to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement areas.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and operational dynamics.

Design "To-Be" processes aligned with organizational objectives and ERP capabilities.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Role & Responsibility (R&R) matrices, and review frameworks.

Assist in organization structure design to ensure accountability and clarity across departments.

Define and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to business goals.

Evaluate ERP systems and digital tools for alignment with process needs.

Identify system and functional gaps, collaborating with technical teams to recommend or implement solutions.

Support system testing, user training, and post-implementation adoption for smooth deployment.

Partner with client teams to drive change management and transition to new processes.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster understanding and ownership among users.

Monitor and evaluate implemented processes for sustainability and continuous improvement.

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Establish frameworks for ongoing process performance monitoring and refinement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–6 years of experience in business process consulting, ERP implementation, or management consulting.

Strong understanding of business process design, organization structures, and ERP systems.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from operational data.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong data analysis and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office tools; exposure to ERP systems preferred.

High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong process discipline.

Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable engaging with senior management and working across client locations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industries such as trading, projects, manufacturing, or services.

Exposure to digital transformation or process automation projects.

Other Details

Must be within a commutable distance of Dubai.

Flexible to travel across GCC and work on client site(s) for longer periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
