Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates,
for one of our key clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Tasks include identifying inefficiencies, developing process improvement strategies, and collaborating with teams to implement changes. The Process Consultant will play a key role in streamlining operations, managing process workflows, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

We are seeking a Business / Process Consultant with a strong engineering background and hands on experience in process optimization, organizational structuring, and business systems implementation. The ideal candidate will have worked in large organizations managing teams, processes, and transformation initiatives, and will bring analytical strength, logical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset to every engagement.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:


•Conduct business diagnostics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.


•Design and implement structured business processes, SOPs, and accountability systems.


•Lead ERP, automation, and AI implementation projects for clients.


•Develop and present reports, process maps, and dashboards for management reviews.


•Collaborate with client leadership to define organizational roles, KPIs, and review mechanisms.


•Conduct training and onboarding sessions for process adoption and compliance.


•Travel and work on-site with clients across international geographies during

project phases.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:


•Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering).


•8–10 years of experience in large or mid-sized organizations, ideally in process management, organizational development, or business transformation.


•Strong exposure to ERP, automation, or AI-based systems is preferred.


•Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.


•Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.


•Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.


•Willingness to travel internationally as per project requirements.
