Location: Dubai ( Candidate Must be Currently based in Dubai)

As part of our expansion in Dubai, Loyaltri HRMS is looking to hire a Tele Caller for our Customer Success department.

Language Requirements:


• Fluent in English (mandatory)


• Malayalam or Hindi speaking is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Generate appointments for the sales team


• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and business owners


• Schedule online and onsite demo appointments for the sales team


• Work on leads generated through social media and inbound channels


• Proactively generate leads through direct outreach by identifying companies and decision-makers


• Conduct an average of 50 outbound calls per day to generate qualified appointments

Candidate Requirements:


• Professional, confident, and well-spoken


• Comfortable with cold calling and direct client interaction


• Self-motivated and target-driven

Salary:


• AED 2,500 – 4,000 (based on experience and performance)
