Overview Of The Role
Join our dynamic team as an Accountant Fleet, reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner. You will be responsible for the accounting and finance functions of Toyota & Lexus B2B Fleet Sales, ensuring robust revenue collection, fund management, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Manage revenue collection and fund management, including recording collections against sales orders or invoices
• Review daily collection reports and monitor cheque clearance
• Ensure strict compliance with company policy regarding customer refunds and maintain accurate tracking logs
• Conduct business processes according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and maintain proper invoice filing for easy retrieval
• Process financial transactions and invoices promptly, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents and maintaining comprehensive financial records
• Support matrix managers, sales teams, and sales admin with financial guidance
• Oversee financial reporting, cost control, and internal controls in line with company policies
• Monitor OPEX (Operating Expense) & CAPEX (Capital Expenditure), manage bank guarantees, and ensure timely clearance of PDCs (Post Dated Checks)
• Assist with weekly financial forecasts and perform ad hoc tasks as required
• Manage accounts receivables, monitor outstanding invoices, and reconcile credit customer accounts

Required Skills To Be Successful

• Experience in automotive accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle-based accounting systems
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
