We are a growing e-commerce startup based in Dubai, focusing on providing high-quality, stylish, affordable-luxury clothing. We're looking for a motivated Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our small team and help us streamline our operations.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing customer service, packing, order dispatch, and returns/exchanges. This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to grow within a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries (via email, chat, and phone) and provide timely, friendly, and professional support.
  • Assist with product-related queries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and maintaining good relationships.

Logistics & Order Management:

  • Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch and tracking.
  • Process returns and exchanges and update inventory records accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or logistics. Previous experience in women's fashion is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Suite).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
