Back Office Assistant

Location: Business Bay, Dubai (Office-Based)
We are a premium short-term rental management company in Dubai, managing high-end apartments across the city. We are hiring a Back Office Assistant to support guest communication and daily operations from our Business Bay office.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with guests via Airbnb, , and direct channels
- Provide check-in instructions and manage remote self check-ins
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Calm upset guests and escalate to GRO when on-site action is required
- Schedule and assign cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate closely with Guest Relationship Officers (GROs)
- Handle AirCover cases according to company procedures
- Request reviews from satisfied guests
- Follow SOPs and update tasks using internal systems (PMS, )
Requirements
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Arabic is a plus
- Strong written communication and professional tone
- Ability to say no politely
- Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using software and handling multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (back office, guest support, operations, hospitality)
