Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and client-focused Real Estate Broker (Chinese Speaker) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. You will play a key role in assisting clients with property transactions, building long-term relationships, and expanding our reach within the Chinese-speaking community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage property sales, purchases, and rentals from start to finish
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and tenants
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
  • Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Chinese and English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Broker or in a sales-related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
