We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) covering both onshore and offshore scopes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of EPC projects, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • Oversee project execution and construction activities for both onshore and offshore operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, procurement, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables with a strong focus on risk mitigation and value engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams and provide clear direction to achieve project objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues and bottlenecks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience and 5 years in managing large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector in GCC or Middle east countries.
  • Strong background in onshore and offshore construction and commissioning.
  • Proven success in managing ADNOC or similar client projects in the UAE or GCC.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
  • Any Nationality
