About the Role:

We are a luxury jewellery retail brand specializing in diamonds and contemporary jewellery, offering refined designs and elevated in-store experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong leadership mindset and a positive outlook, who can inspire teams, drive sales performance, and create engaging in-store activations that enhance customer experience and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Drive diamond and contemporary jewellery sales through effective customer engagement and team training
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, events, and promotions to increase footfall and conversions
  • Build strong relationships with high-value and repeat customers, delivering personalized luxury experiences
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising aligned with a luxury brand image
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity; implement strategies for improvement
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day showroom operations and premium customer service standards
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in diamond jewellery sales (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales leadership role within luxury retail
  • Strong knowledge of diamonds and contemporary jewellery trends
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Highly positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to plan creative activations and convert walk-ins into loyal customers
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities
