Robotic Imaging is a North America–based Reality Capture & BIM company delivering high-precision Lidar scanning, digital twins, and BIM modeling for major retailers, banks, and developers. With rapidly growing production teams across India and Pakistan, we are expanding our leadership presence in the UAE.

About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Director who combines deep technical BIM expertise with strong operational management and an automation-first mindset. This role will be based in Dubai and will serve as the strategic bridge between our UAE HQ, India & Pakistan production teams, and the US leadership/clients. The ideal candidate must be an experienced BIM leader, an automation & AI enthusiast, and a confident manager capable of overseeing multi-region teams while reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

BIM Leadership & Technical Expertise

  • Oversee and manage BIM operations for India and Pakistan offices.
  • Ensure all project files, models, and documentation are always updated and aligned with company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with automation teams on Dynamo scripts, Python modules, and AI-driven QC tools.
  • Lead internal QA/QC processes, BIM standardization, and workflow optimization.
  • Implement new BIM methodologies, automation frameworks, and digital efficiency tools across offices.

Operations & People Management

  • Manage and guide local team leads and production managers across India and Pakistan.
  • Ensure project deadlines, deliverables, staffing, and accounts are consistently up to date.
  • Establish strong reporting systems, progress tracking, and communication structures.
  • Maintain operational consistency between offshore teams and US project expectations.
  • Follow CEO directives precisely and ensure organizational alignment across all teams.

Cross-Regional Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between UAE → India → Pakistan → USA.
  • Communicate with US clients, project managers, and leadership to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by leveraging professional network and industry presence.
  • Align team workflow with US time zones when necessary (partial EST overlap).

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in BIM, Reality Capture, or Digital Construction management.
  • Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Point Cloud workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Proven experience managing multi-office production teams.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Dynamo, automation, scripting tools, and AI-based BIM solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai (Silicon Oasis).
  • Ability to work closely with US leadership and coordinate across time zones.
