We are seeking for a Call Center Guest Relations Officer to join our team. As a Call center Guest Relations Officer, you will serves as the primary communication point between guests and Bloomfields Holiday Homes during their stay. your role is to ensure the guest satisfaction by promptly handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams including housekeeping and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the first point of contact all guest communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email during their stay.
  • Coordinating with internal teams ( housekeeping, maintenance, reservations) to fulfill guest needs and ensure quick resolutions of any issues.
  • Handle and resolve guest request, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor active guest cases and follow up to ensure all concerns are addressed to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Document all guest interactions and maintain accurate records of service requests and outcomes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Guest experience Manager or relevant department as needed.
  • Assist with after-hours or weekend guest communications based on the duty schedule.
  • Support check-in/check-out process remotely when necessary, ensuring a smooth experience for guest.
  • Maintain a courteous and empathetic tone, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.

Contribute to post-stay follow-up and collect feedback for service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer care or hospitality, preferably in call center or guest relation environment.
  • excellent communication skill in English ( Arabic is plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and problem solving.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-pace environment.
  • familiarity with hospitality management system or CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Good knowledge about Abu Dhabi's areas and attractions is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
