We're Hiring – Flight Scheduler / Dispatcher (Business Aviation)

Location: Abu Dhabi / UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Operator:

A premium business aviation operator delivering tailored private jet services worldwide services for VVIP.

Your Role:

As a Flight Scheduler / Dispatcher, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating business jet operations. You'll manage flight schedules, prepare dispatch documentation, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations while delivering exceptional service to clients and flight crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage flight schedules for business jet operations.
  • Prepare flight briefs, including weather, NOTAMs, and route planning.
  • File flight plans and monitor flight progress.
  • Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance teams, and ground handling providers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations.
  • Provide 24/7 operational support during active flights.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2–3 years in flight operations, scheduling, or dispatch (business aviation preferred).
  • Knowledge of flight planning systems and dispatch procedures (dispatch certification preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment (shift work)
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages an advantage).
