We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh science graduates who are passionate about advancing clinical research. As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical studies under the supervision of senior research staff and principal investigators. This role provides excellent exposure to the research process and an opportunity to grow a long-term career in the clinical research field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the
    Principal Investigator (PI)
    and research team in
    all aspects of clinical research
    , ensuring that studies are conducted according to protocol and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of study documents and site files (ISF/TMF).
  • Support data collection, entry, and verification in compliance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Coordinate participant scheduling, informed consent documentation, and study visit logistics.
  • Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and monitors to ensure proper study conduct.
  • Assist in regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of clinical activities.
  • Participate in study meetings, training sessions, and audits as required.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Life Sciences

    Biomedical Science

    Pharmacy

    Nursing
    ,
    Medical Laboratory Science
    ,
    Public Health
    , or
    related scientific disciplines
    .

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or academic research project experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interest in clinical research and patient safety.
