Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and identifying new business opportunities, markets, and clients via cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Sales & Negotiations: Pitching products/services, developing customized sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborating with management on sales goals, market trends, and growth strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Presentations: Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven sales, business development, or cold-calling experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiating.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong rapport-building, networking, and, negotiation skills.
