**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Researching and identifying new business opportunities, markets, and clients via cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- **Sales & Negotiations**: Pitching products/services, developing customized sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- **Strategy & Planning**: Collaborating with management on sales goals, market trends, and growth strategies.
- **CRM Management**: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Presentations**: Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Proven sales, business development, or cold-calling experience.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiating.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong rapport-building, networking, and, negotiation skills.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
