Specification Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specification Sales Professional to drive business growth through proactive engagement with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing product specifications, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful project conversions from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and project management firms to promote company products.
  • Secure product specifications across commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for design professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure product compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Track and manage the project pipeline to ensure specifications are successfully converted into confirmed orders.
  • Support tender and submittal documentation with accurate technical data, certifications, and compliance reports.
  • Identify new market opportunities, upcoming projects, and emerging design trends through continuous market research.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategy, reporting, and project follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in specification sales or architectural/building materials within the UAE market.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction materials, finishes, and specification standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community.
  • Proven ability to influence design decisions and secure product approvals.
  • UAE driving license and own car preferred.
