Corporate Sales Manager
to lead B2B sales initiatives, build strong corporate partnerships, and drive revenue across our venues.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong relationships in the UAE market and a proven background in hospitality or lifestyle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy across Rise Hospitality venues
- Identify, approach, and secure corporate accounts, group bookings, and long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, travel companies, and key decision-makers
- Drive revenues through MICE, group dining, private events, and corporate packages
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements in line with company targets
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly report on performance, forecasts, and KPIs
- Represent Rise Hospitality at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
Requirements
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in corporate sales, preferably within hospitality, F&B, hotels, or lifestyle venues - Strong corporate and B2B client network within the UAE
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
