Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for Head of Treasury, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Head of Treasury will manage day-to-day treasury operations, including overseeing cash flow and cash management activities, developing and implementing strategies, and optimizing the organization's financial position. The role also entails analyzing financial risks, implementing strategies for controlling financial exposure, and ensuring effective treasury forecasting and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to align the treasury function with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Treasury Management and Cash Management to oversee cash flow and ensure optimal usage of funds.
  • Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess financial risks and provide effective financial strategies.
  • Expertise in Hedging strategies to manage financial risks associated with currency and interest rate fluctuations.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing financial policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in a senior treasury role, with the ability to manage complex financial instruments and strategies.
