We are looking to hire a Data Analyst
who will be responsible for supporting Customer 360 initiatives for our client based in the UAE, which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a
contract role with an initial duration of 12 months
and is
renewable
based on performance and business requirements.

The role sits within the
CRM Team
and works closely with
IT and Data teams
to ensure customer data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems.

We are looking for a
detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst
who is passionate about data quality, customer data governance, and building a single, accurate golden customer profile. You should have hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and be comfortable handling large datasets with a structured, rule-based approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze customer records across the Customer 360 resolution portal and connected systems.
  • Validate customer data in Salesforce and identify duplicate or conflicting records.
  • Merge and consolidate customer accounts to create a single golden customer profile based on defined business rules.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data.
  • Document resolution decisions in line with data governance standards and processes.
  • Identify, flag, and escalate data issues, edge cases, and systemic gaps to relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Must have
    years
    of working experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles.
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems;
    Salesforce
    experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills with basic data analysis capabilities.
  • High attention to detail with a structured and methodical problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to interpret data rules, customer hierarchies, and unique identifiers.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
