Growth Manager
to lead our business expansion efforts, strengthen our market presence, and drive revenue growth across the IP sector.


About the Role

The Growth Manager will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the firm as a leading force in the Intellectual Property industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in business development, understands the IP landscape, and excels in building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
Business Development

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across industries and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Represent the firm at events, conferences, and networking platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to guide business strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on IP-related needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier client service.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive sales and outreach strategies.
  • Lead direct sales efforts through meetings, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Align sales and marketing activities for maximum impact.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and service bundles.

Market Positioning & Brand Growth

  • Enhance the firm's brand presence in the IP sector.
  • Lead initiatives such as content marketing, events, and thought leadership.
  • Analyze competitor positioning to refine our unique value proposition.

Revenue & Performance Analysis

  • Track KPIs, market metrics, and business development results.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure growth targets are met and adjust strategies where needed.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with leadership, legal, marketing, and operations departments.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative growth-driven culture.

Innovation & Client Insights

  • Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Propose new service offerings based on trends and market demands.


Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in Business Development or Growth roles (IP sector experience is a strong advantage).
