We're growing fast and looking for a creative, motivated Marketing & Growth Executive who can help us amplify our presence, generate qualified leads, and build lasting relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow
    The Company's online presence
    across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute
    social media campaigns, content calendars, and ads
    .
  • Create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, infographics) that explains complex finance topics in a simple way.
  • Handle
    basic lead generation
    via social media messages, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Support in preparing
    marketing materials
    like brochures, decks, and blog posts.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Collaborate with management to
    convert inquiries into paying clients
    (commissions apply).

Requirements

  • Strong communication and writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Familiarity with UAE business setup, accounting, or tax industry (preferred).
  • Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing / social media / sales (internships count).
  • Has managed business or personal social media pages (attach links).
  • Has basic knowledge of UAE business setup or accounting/tax services (preferred but not required).
  • Enthusiastic, polite, and proactive in communication.
  • Open to commission-based incentives for lead conversions.
