Required programming skills:

PHP, Laravel and SPA framework

Familiarity with common stacks

Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

Must have good exposure of RESTful / JSON / SOAP API integration and Development.

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

iOS and/or Android development

Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, )

HTML/HTML5 /CSS, OOP/OOAD

The new employee will be trained in Dubai for 3 months and will then work in Cebu. Additional travels to Dubai and attendance on international conferences around the world likely. That's why the candidate must have a passport and be ready to travel.
