Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications using PHP (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and govern RESTful APIs and microservices to support complex features and integrations.
  • Serve as the technical expert to collaborate with cross-functional teams and define technical requirements and feasibility.
  • Oversee and implement secure, optimized, and high-performance back-end solutions, driving architecture decisions.
  • Establish and enforce clean coding standards, best practices, and high code quality across the team.
  • Drive advanced testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and set quality gates for production readiness.

Education/Certification
: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or a related field

Experience
: 5 to 8 years of experience in PHP Full Stack web application development, with a strong background in both back-end and front-end technologies.

Technical Skills
:

  • Back-end: Deep expertise in PHP and advanced proficiency with a major framework (e.g., Laravel or Symfony), along with expert-level design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
  • Front-end: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), and advanced proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., , React, or Angular).
  • Database Management: Expert-level skills in database design, performance optimization, and complex data modelling with MySQL..
  • Version Control: Advanced proficiency in Git and experience with platform administration (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) including complex branching strategies.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Proven experience architecting and managing automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and extensive practice with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Performance & Architecture: Deep expertise in application performance optimization, advanced debugging, system scaling, and deployment best practices for high-traffic production environments.
