We're Hiring: Sales Operations Support Specialist

Are you passionate about driving sales efficiency through data, process, and precision? We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and support our growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Management
    : Create, update, and track opportunities in CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
  • Demo Device Tracking
    : Monitor demo device requests, approvals, and returns to ensure accountability and smooth operations.
  • Sales Reporting
    : Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze performance trends, and share actionable insights with sales and leadership teams.
  • Pricing Requests
    : Coordinate pricing approvals, quotations, and special deal submissions with speed and accuracy.
  • Distributor & Partner Coordination
    : Align data and reporting with distributors and partners to maintain transparency and consistency.
  • Data Accuracy & Insights
    : Maintain clean, updated CRM and Excel data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement
    : Identify gaps in tracking or communication and propose improvements to enhance overall sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or CRM Coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in technology, distribution, or FMCG environments is a plus.
