Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Sharjah, with flexibility for some remote work. The Showroom Sales Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting products, and build relationships to support sales growth. Responsibilities include maintaining the showroom's appearance, showcasing products, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a positive in-store experience that aligns with the company's values and goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in showroom operations and familiarity with showroom product management.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Proven Sales expertise, including the ability to understand customer needs and drive purchase decisions.
  • Knowledge or background in Interior Design is an added advantage to assist customers with design preferences.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and effectively manage tasks both in-person and remotely.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle showroom operations efficiently.
